Privacy

What we store, and who can see it.

• We store your name and email address, the associations you belong to, and your role in each.
• An association's documents, rules, minutes, motions, dates and member list are readable only by the signed-in members of that association. Membership is checked on the server on every request.
• Uploaded files live in private storage. They open through links that expire minutes after they are created.
• The only email HOA Archives sends is an invitation to join an association.
• The member directory shows name, email, role and join date to fellow members. No phone numbers or home addresses are stored.
