HOA Archives stores records on behalf of an association. The association's board owns its records and decides who may read them.
- Documents are never deleted; a newer document may supersede an older one.
- Every change records who made it and when, and that record is visible to members.
- Records are private to the members of the association they belong to.
- HOA Archives is a record-keeping tool, not legal, financial, or insurance advice. Nothing here replaces an association's governing documents or professional advice.
- The board is responsible for the accuracy of what it records.
